Aspirin and Colon Cancer

Can aspirin reduce the risk of colon cancer deaths? Recently the Journal of the American Medical Association released an observational study suggesting that patients, who have been diagnosed with colon cancer, may reduce their risk of death from the disease by taking aspirin regularly.
