Ronney Stadler, M.D. Ronney Stadler, M.D.

Dr. Stadler was born and raised in Houston, Texas, where he decided to pursue a career in medicine at an early age. Dr. Stadler met his future wife, Dr. Montserrat Aguilar Stadler, while studying Bioengineering at Texas A&M University. He spent his summers back in Houston working in a research lab at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and participating in an externship at the Texas Heart Institute. He obtained his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine and stayed to complete his General Surgery training in the Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery. Dr. Stadler gained extensive minimally invasive surgery experience during this time and won a national competition in laparoscopic surgery skills two consecutive years.

His family then moved to Dallas where he completed his Colon and Rectal Surgery Residency at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He then had the privilege of joining Texas Colon and Rectal Specialists, L.L.P.

Dr. Stadler's practice includes all aspects of colon and rectal surgery, including minimally invasive surgery and colonoscopy. He is particularly interested in the treatment of colon and rectal cancer and offers endorectal ultrasound in his office for the preoperative staging of rectal cancer.
